I can't uninstall IObit malware fighter. I get the error message "C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\IObit Malware Fighter\unins000.msg" is missing. Please correct or obtain a new copy of the program. I tried reinstalling and uninstalling again and got the same error. I get this annoying message when I start my laptop which says: ASCTray.exe - System Error
The program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.,
which is why I tried reinstalling and uninstalling the application.

I have windows7 home version 64-bit
