Hi. :)

Why did you run a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware twice ? Not a problem merely curious more than anything.

After running the last OTL FILE, a google notification popped up in taskbar saying google blocked a request to change settings

That will probably be the presently installed somewhat dire Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer. No real need for this to be installed because at present you have Internet Explorer 9 and I will be advising a update to version 11 once I give the all clear.

OK it would be best to uninstall the aforementioned as follows as it hindered the malware removal process:-

Now please go to Start(Windows 7 Orb) >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a program or Programs and Features and remove the following (if present):

Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer

To do so click once on the above to highlight, then click on Uninstall/Change and follow the prompts.

Note: Take extra care in answering questions posed by any Uninstaller. Some questions may be worded to deceive you into keeping the program.

Next:

Re-run the Custom OTL Script for myself again please as outlined in post #23. Then post the new log created in your next reply and we will then go from there, thank you.

Hello again. Boy, Have I had problems. I think I had or have someone connected to my connections somehow. All the things we did, were reversed. I was totally blocked out of my laptop, I had a screen say fatal error. I ad to do rrecovery a couple times. When i did get system back, I was locked out of logging in this website. I really dont know whats going on, but should I start from your !st posts and go through them again. I did go through my services and block some things. I blick remote access, and some others so no one cn log onto my system or connection. If this works I am not sure sonce I hvent been online for a few days. I havent done an windows update because when i was in safemode, I noticed that ia file that was holding update then, rewriting them saying update was written in. This only happened with security update. I am scared to do much because I think this problem in interwined with legite microsoft programs. Thank you

Hi. :)

A most unfortunate turn of events indeed...

OK to be quite honest at this juncture I think a actual a reformat and reinstallation of the Windows Operating System would be the best way forward. Which in this instance could be archived by invoking your machines Recovery Partition/HP Recovery Manager.

How to do so:-

Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 7)

I can also if you so wish check if your machine can be salvaged from its current predicament but give no guarantee's this would work and or the machine be will be at all secure afterwards.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Please let myself know what you have decided to do in your next post.

Well< i have already tried that, but it didnt work. When I just looked at HP website, the recovery screens look different then on my laptop. Also, i noticed when I logged on the network adapter properties, and on the authentification screen it had an option to fall back on unauthorized network access. When I uncheck that option, i loose my internet connection. Also, some of my internet setting are being controllled by system administration.

Have you tried to perform the factory reset via recovery from the startup screen(during system boot) ? If not information is on the page I linked to.

To be honest I am not sure what you are either informing and or asking myself. Are you referring to the Change adapter settings option in the Networking and Sharing Center ? If so and what you are describing sounds perfectly normal and not a cause for concern. :)
