Hi, All. New to this forum.

I am having Outlook crash saying it cannot access the msvcrt.dll file.

Do I need to reinstall Outlook?

Provide us with some information please.

Make and full model number of computer.
What operating system and is it 32 or 64 bit.
Did this ever work? If so, did you make any changes around the time this started happening?
