I ran Panda Activescon and it did the virus scan fine
after restarting the computer all I get is the wallpaper no icons no start menu
i am able to go to task manager and typed in regedit and was unable to
delete the panda software. i did a start up in safemode but that gives me a black
screen. then i tried safemode with system restore and that did not work.
can anyone help me?
also in task manager i ran msconfig i went to system restore and nothing
i went to services and tried to disable the Panda software but each time I
hit apply it locks up and says not responding.

what else can i do?
