Strange process in my PC

Hello, I downloaded a file from steam forum that is "giveaway" When I launch the .exe a code should appear. No code ever appeared. Just 2 processes in my PC one called

Regsvcs.exe *32 -Description Microsoft .NET Services Installation Utility

The other

ETevhvcjIJb.exe *32 -Description AutoIt v3 Script

My free AVG antivirus finds the first process and kills it. But it instantly appears. When I try to kill it, after multiple times a blue screen appears.
Any advises on how to remove the process?
