A few weeks ago, I started gettig shockwave flash plugin has (problem) I chose to stop.  I also was getting pop up box of pages are unresponsive, to the point I couldn't do anything and if I did get to the page the system was very slow.  I noticed 100% CPU usage while using chrome and I get about 25 or so conhost.exe.  I don't get it in IE.  I searched the internet about the unresponsive pages and noticed they were several years old and it said the bug would be fixed with chrome 32 or 42.  Whatever it is, I have the latest.  I did find two adobe flash and I disabled one as recommended.  I have MSE and also added McAfee.  Both clean.  I saw another post, on your site,  about 100% CPU usage and I followed the steps - OTL, eset online, and 2 others.  I have those logs.  Completed everything, but as soon as I went back to chrome I was at 100%.  Not so in IE.  I also nice a lot of cmd.exe*32.  I know chrome usuall has a lot of chrome.exe*32 processes.  I have disabled just about everything, checked extensions.

 

I have win7, 64 bit and can't seem to find what is causing 100% usage.  You guys have always been geat help.

  As Malware may not be totally removed in one session or in one day, please stay in contact with me until the problem is resolved.
• Please don't run any other tools without consulting with me as this can complicate finding and removing all Malware
  Don't run any tools while I'm fixing your PC. That is counter productive and again, will only complicate finding and removing all Malware!
• Read my post completely
  If you don't do so, you may make mistakes that could result in your System crashing by your own actions!

 

I followed the steps - OTL, eset online, and 2 others. I have those logs.

• Disable all anti-virus and anti-malware software to prevent them inhibiting FRST in any way. If you are unsure how to do this, see THIS.
• Double-click FRST.exe/FRST64.exe (depending on which version you downloaded) to run it. (if you have Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8: Please do a Right click on the FRST icon and select Run as Administrator)
• When the disclaimer appears, click Yes.
• Click Scan to start FRST.
• When FRST finishes scanning, two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt will open.
