I have an older Dell Optiplex 755 with Intel Core 2 Quad, CPU Q9550 @ 2.83 GHz. I have tried to upgrade the video card with a Radeon HD6670 video card. the system doesn't recognize the video card. The fan on the card turns so I know it has power. What have I done wrong?? Please help!!!
