I have acer aspire s2-391 64 bit with windows 7 that i bought 1.5 years ago

recently the computer strats giving me problems with different office applications and then crushes with the blue screen

I use norton AV and keep it clean

a month ago when it became very frequent the blue screen I righ-clicked on drive C->tools->error checking and it found plenty of probems->repaired and since then it worked fine

last week the problems recurred and today I couldn't use office anymore

I ran the error--checking again and again plenty of problems with the hard disk C (attached 1 picture from today)

Please advice how should I proceed?

Should I format the hard disc / computer?

Should I replace the hard drive?

thank you

It would be advisable to backup, to a different source, all your important Data in case the drive becomes unbootable.

Your picture did not upload.

For members unsure of taking a screenshot and uploading.

when you have the screen up that you want to capture...click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload...

then, bottom right of the reply window...click, More Reply Options... after typing in any response you have... click on browse...desktop...find the screenshot..select it and click on the upload button...then on the lower left...after it says upload successful...click on post like you normally would...
