Hi,

is it safe to download torrents onto my cheap laptop and extract the files I need and transfer them onto my

computer ? I just bought a new PC and really don't want it loaded with viruses.

Regards

Hi Rydo1989, :welcome:

I just bought a new PC and really don't want it loaded with viruses.

Then I would leave torrents alone. Peer to Peer or file sharing programs offer a lot of free stuff. But a lot of those files carry nasty surprises. The only advice we offer here is not to download those files and we will only offer help to remove P2P programs. Please see our Terms of Use

q. We will not support or allow the discussion of any peer to peer (P2P) applications, except for their removal.
