Unfortunately the CPU is not compatible with the MB.

If you give us a little more info, we can make some adjustments to give you the best performance for your $$.

 

In what country will you be purchasing parts?

What will be you max budget?

Looks like you're trying to go budget with the H81 motherboard and the above post is true that processor isn't compatible with it. Also the Xonar DG will be a very tight fit under the GTX 750TI because that TI will take up two slots and thus one of the fans and most of the second fan on the GPU will be pretty much air-blocked with a DG PCI audio card underneath it. I would replace the H81 with a decent H97 (no need for z series on a budget).
