Hi,

I need help please. I am not a programmer and I don't know how to code as well.

I was wondering if there's a way to create a specific code using notepad and that can be put into a folder which says "file is in use" when multiple user opens the same file in the network.

It's because I would like to implement file sharing in the cloud storage for multiple users. But I want those file can be open by one user at a time only. As if multiple user tried to open or edit the same file at the same time. It should have prompt the following such as "file is in use"

thanks
