Not yet.  is there a right or wrong way to remove them?  I was going to just delete as there doesn't seem to be a uninstall.

Normally DelFix removes them. Re-run OTL and click on Cleanup.

ok they are all gone now except malwarebytes.

I recommend that you keep it and run a scan once every week or month.
