Perform a system restore and see if you are able to connect if not please post a new minitoolbox log.
Choose the earliest date you have.

Could the reason why its not showing up is because the WiFi repeater isn't working? I tried the system restore and didn't work.

I see no wifi adapter installed on the machine, from the log.
Only an ethernet driver.
Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E GBE NIC = Local Area Connection (Media disconnected)

We have a WiFi repeater back here and a CAT5 cable going from that to the computer. That's why I'm curious if the repeater is dead since no errors are shown for the network card

Uninstall
Microsoft Security Essentials (HKLM-x32\...\Microsoft Security Client) (Version: 4.5.216.0 - Microsoft Corporation)
Then please run the all in one repair tool with all default items checked.

Make sure and create a restore point prior to running the tool.
