If we can fix it (hopefully we can unless weird grimlins are residing inside the PC), it will be as if you had started the PC. All your unsaved works are lost and have to be redone.
First things first, do you have the following things --

So basically a clean slate and it's like turning on for first time. Yes I have all those things. Thank you

I am sorry for your loss. Do you want to proceed? By turning on I meant it will be like you turned on your PC from a shut down without saving your works. You will still have your programs and other saved applications.So basically a clean slate and it's like turning on for first time.
