Hi everyone and thank you in advance for the help. The other day my girlfriend and i were looking at some websites that my dad wouldn't be to pleased to know we were viewing. I don't think I need to explain what haha.....so anyway, the computer just shut off on us and will not turn back on. I tried unplugging everything, hitting power button ect ect.....so next step is to tell my dad computer broke and needs to be looked at. My question is, when it's being fixed (which my dad will be doing) will he see what sites we were on after being fixed or am I ok. Thanks everyone. Chris

Maybe the computer actually broke and had nothing to do with the type of web surfing you were engaged in.

Yes it definitely broke. Think it's either power supply or motherboard. Was just curious about other stuff during and after being fixed
