Good Morning everyone,

I just moved into a new place and My room is brick so the walls are really thick! I get wiresless for My gaming consoles, tv, and lap top but not My computer. My computer isn't wifi friendly, so I went out and bought a  Medialink Wireless-N USB Adapter. I set it up and thought it would work great! Wrong! It didn't! It has internet connection but is very very slow to load and sometimes it won't connect at all.

So I talked to My friend and he had the same issue and he told Me to get a NETGEAR AC750 -802.11AC Dual Band Gigabit Wi-Fi Range Extender and he said his issues were over and he was able to use his computer perfectly (mainly for gaming). I set up the extender and used My lappy to set it up and it was up and running great. I hop on My computer hoping that it would work and long behold it didn't.

Can someone please tell Me what I did wrong?

Thank You and have a great day!

Urd

What exactly is happening as in any error message saying why Speccy will not load.

Are you logged in as administrator.

There is no other way to run Speccy I`m afraid.

No problem  :thumbsup:

Try flushing the DNS Cache "how to" below;

1.Press the Windows key then type in cmd (do not press enter)
2.In the search results that come up, right click “cmd” and run as administrator, when the screen flashes and asks for permission, accept it.
3.In the command prompt type in ipconfig /flushdns (or right click and paste it to the command prompt) then press Enter.

You should then see a dialog box saying successfully flushed resolver cache, if so you are done post back with an update.
