Not the Dell 4600, the XPS Gen 5 power supply. Found one on ebay for $69. Last time I bought it no one had one ebay. Now there are a hundred on there. The XPS power supply is 10" wide, 24" long, 650 watt.

I don't know if there is a fuse or not, I've never opened one up.
