I thought this was a driver issue, so I updated all my drivers (screenshot included) and the problem didn't go away.
I think this is a problem with my network adapter(s) (Look at screenshots)
Anyone know how to fix this.

The Tap win 32 adapter and Hamachi Network Interface are VPN (Virtual private Network) and are in conflict with your wireless network.
-You can either uninstall them or
- Disable them or
- Prioritize your netmork connection so that your wireless adapter is first in the list for Windows(here is a link on how to) http://support.micro....com/kb/2526067
Some have had to rename the VPN network to be able to connect with their wireless network
Hope that helps
