can you post a screen capture of Device Manager with Network Adapters expanded please.

Click Start, Run, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
Expand Network Adapters.

For GeeksToGo: Use the Browse and Attach This File buttons below the text input area while using the More Reply Options editor to upload and insert here.

Also do this:

Click on Start then Run or press Window key (next to left Ctrl key) +R and paste the following into the Run box, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping yahoo.com >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the contents here. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close.
If you don't have a Run selection off the Start menu, see here: Enable Run Command on Windows 7 or Vista Start Menu, or How to access the 'Run' box in Windows® 8.1 - YouTube or just press Windows Key (next to the left Ctrl key) + R, or open the Modern desktop, type run then click on Run that appears.

Make sure the window you want to capture has the focus.
Press Alt+Print Screen. That will capture the active window.

XP: Click Start then Run, type mspaint and press Enter.

Vista or Windows 7: Click Start, type mspaint and press Enter.

Press Ctrl+v to paste the picture in to the MS Paint window.
Click File then Save as and save it to your Desktop.

Start a new reply.
Click on the Browse button below the message input area.
Navigate to where you saved the picture, select it and click on Open.
Click on Attach This File.
Once uploaded, click on Add To Post to the far right of the uploaded file.
Scroll down and click Preview Post to verify the image shows.

Remember, Expand Network Adapters before you do the screen capture.

Your internet connections, wired and wireless, look good.

What do you mean when you say you can't get on the internet? What happens?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try Firefox and/or Google Chrome.
