Ubuntu Dual Boot installation: PC won't boot into grub

I chose the "Side by side installation," for Ubuntu and alloted 25 Gigs.

 

It installed just fine, so I rebooted.

 

Except it didn't boot into grub, (which, as I'm told, is the OS selection menu,) automatically booting me into XP instead of letting me select my OS.

 

I'm running XP SP3 on a Dell Dimension E521.
