Ihave asus rog hero vii and I update bios I notice that when I press power button led blink then nothing happen and after 3 sec pc start normaly

It may be totally unrelated to the BIOS update and more to do with another item of hardware, please post the brand and model name or number for the PSU and video card.

 

Can I ask if you have checked that all internal connections are secure and why you needed to update the BIOS.

Psu: Corsair CX600 V3 600W
Vga: asus r9 270x top
Btw it was normal before I update bios .
And I update cuz its recommended when u wanna to overclock .
I back to original bios with usb flashback it back to normal .
But I wanna know if its mobo or what .
And I notice that when I shutdown and keep the power cable connect to elec it run normal without blink

PSU is adequate for your GPU as long as you do not have multiple HDDs hooked up.

 

O/Cing if done right is ok but I tend to repair computers that have gone wrong when pushed too far or had a bad BIOS flash/update.

 

What CPU and Ram do you have.

 

What you describe sounds like a delay in the PSU activating, when you press the power on button a signal (called the power good signal) is sent from the MB back to the PSU if all is well with the hardware tested by the BIOS as part of the power on self test, the BIOS update may have affected this, thank goodness for the USB flashback.

 

BTW, the fact that the LED stays on when the computer is left connected to the power outlet is because there is still power present in the circuit, this is sometimes referred to as flea or trace power, an explanation here

i have 1hdd and 1 ssd

my cpu : i5 4670k

ram : Corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz cl10

and i update in 2 diff bios version and 2 same problem , and ya thx god for flashback <3

All of your hardware is good so it would appear that the BIOS update/s may have been the cause of the issue.

btw i update to diff bios and same problem

so i think i will stick with default 1 .

 

btw is there any problem if i overclock with default bios ? if no , so why they recommended it ?

I am not a fan of O/Cing so not placed to advise on it but trying it with the stock BIOS will do no harm, it may even be more stable just not allow you to push things too far which would be a good thing to be honest.
