Hello,

I am having some issues with the mouse pad on my laptop. As with most mouse pads there is a scrolling feature on the far right hand side of the pad, however recently it does not work anymore.

I have tried to update the driver but it says it is up to date. I am not sure what else I can do to resolve this issue.

Your help would be appreciated

Regards,

I was able to go directly to the Synaptics website and download the driver. However the scrolling feature still does not work.

The second link provided above advises to go to the pad properties and go to the scrolling tab, however there is no scrolling tab in my mouse pad properties.

Personally I hate the touch pad! I use a wireless logtech mouse. I'm very old and that's the way I learned to use the mouse.
