Hello!

im tying to format and install win7 via bootable usb. with no luck. the computer recognize the usb and also boot through it,

but at the start of the installation shows me a window with the message:

"No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK"

"Load Driver A required CD/DVD drive device is missing. if you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now.

Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step."

I found on google that the reason might be the usb ports. if they are usb 3.0 it won't work. and I think mine are usb 3.0, it shows above to ports a symbol of usb and "ss" before it. do you have any idea you guys? thank you!

Hi skipper22 :)

The cause of your incident that you found can indeed be the real issue. Do you have any USB 2.0 ports on your computer ?
