Hello,

Can you try an run this for me, (Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool)

To properly analyze and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft....k/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

OK. Good enough.

Do you have your windows product key should be on the sticker? We might need that later.

Windows Product Key: *****-*****-QCPVQ-KHRB8-RMV82

That is part of yours above from the log report (Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool) you provided me.

I just want to know if you have the key and you can see it on the sticker on the machine. Do not post the key on the forum please! Just let me know you have it.

Again see Here for what the sticker on the machine will look like. Under Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

I have a fix for you, just want to make sure you have the product key, because the fix may ask for it...

Thanks
Joe :)
