I have done a boatload of steps to get Firefox to work correctly. It was rebooting my computer when I would look at ebay and several other sites. Seemed to be video related. I can go through the list if need be, but for now I will ask if anyone knows what this means? I dowwloaded Microsoft package version 1.5  but it still says incompatibility issue, wth?

Hi Earl :)

Can you tell me what the exact issue is ? You can't install Firefox on your computer ? Because this is what I can understand from what you're telling us right now.
