:welcome:    Kayakdick

Is it possible that the error message was PXE-E61: media test failure, check cable, I ask as this is a common problem when a computer has been configured in the BIOS to boot from a Network connection when the computer is unable to for whatever reason.

Change the boot sequence so that you have either the HDD or optical drive as the first boot device and whichever you do not use as the first boot device select it as the second boot device.

Can I ask why you needed to change the boot sequence.
