I am new to building computers and wanted to ask if the parts I have selected will work, if im missing anything, things I should look out for ect.

Your list has a few items not required and a bit unbalanced, i.e. a less powerful PSU could be used for that system.   If you give us some more info, it will help us configure a build.

 

How did you choose your parts?   Is there a reason you went for a AMD build?

What is your budget?

In which country will you be purchasing parts?

Do you ave a monitor, mouse, keyboard?

Do you absolutely need to use a wireless card for the internet?

I want to go with amd because its cheaper and ive heard mostly good things about it. This pc is primarily going to be used for gaming and photoshop.

My budget is very limited, around $1100

I live in the U.S.

I already have a good mouse/keyboard.

And sadly I do need a wireless card as there is nowhere to plug an ethernet cable in my room.

Thanks for the update. I see why, with your budget, you considered a AMD build.   I will give some reasons why you would be better off going Intel.

 

The socket 1150 has a much, much better upgrade path.  The i5 4690K gives about 40/60% better performance across the board, > http://www.bit-tech....-4690k-review/1

The Z97 MB will take the next generation of SSDs.

2 HDDs, one for the OS/programs, one for storage, also use as a scratch disc in Photoshop.   Add additional in the future.

Only 8GB of RAM, sweet spot for gaming.   Upgrade later to 16GB+ for Photoshop.

Case comes with 3 pre installed fans+ controller, plenty of options to add more if you need to in the future.
