I would choose PCSPECIALIST to do the build. Mesh does look good but a personal bios here, I like MSI for GPUs, not for MBs. There is a board on pcspecialist that has 8 SATA 6Gbs ports, 6 by Intel + 2 by Asmidia, they are dedicates to SATA HDDs and can't be used for optical drives, that no a problem though. > http://www.asus.com/..._GENE/overview/

Don't know how many HDD you have, so included one in the builds. I would forgo the liquid cooling, the stock cooler does the job well. FFYI. Where a CPU is supplied with a cooling solution, this from both Intel and AMD, if you install an alternative solution, you will void the 3 year warranty, so if damage occurs, you will have no legal claim. You can, at the time of purchase, take out insurance for a one time only replacement CPU.
If you do decide to build your own, I would use the Asrock Extreme6.
