Well I've put every in the PC hooked it all up and yet it won't put anything on a video screen. Any suggestions ?

Have you checked to see if the Video card was fully seated correctly? 

 

The ram can be checked as well to make sure seated fully.

 

Make sure all the connection to the video card were properly connected?

 

If you have integrated video and a video card, try the integrated video port. Resetting the bios, can make it default back to the onboard video.

 

If you are trying to use HDMI outputs, try using DVI or VGA instead. Sometimes the HDMI ports won't work until the correct drivers are installed.

 

Have you tried resetting the CMOS?

The motherboard manual will have instructions for your particular board.
