The MB and CPU are dated technology and so have little to no upgrade potential, see end of CPU life information here

I want to upgrade to: GeForce GTX TITAN Black 

EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN BLACK 6GB PhysX "SC Signature

 

Graphics card require:

  • PCI Express-compliant motherboard with one dual-width x16 graphics slot
  • 8-pin + 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors
  • Minimum 600W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 42A)
  • Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, XP

 

But not sure if my pc can handel it

Can you please not start new topics regarding the same question/s as it may lead to you being offered duplicated guidance or in some instances no reply as it will appear that you are already receiving assistance at the other thread.

 

The Titan would be fine with that build but I am confused as you have previously asked for help here with putting a list of parts together, have you now bought the build in your OP above.
