There are two issues that I think we should put right, then let's see where we are.

First, you have uTorrent installed and that could be causing some of the issues.

A) P2P Warning

IMPORTANT I see, you have one or more P2P (Person to Person) programs installed.

1.) You have following P2P program installed: uTorrent
2.) If you download files from non-documented sources per a P2P File sharing Program, you can expect a infection of malware. That isn't good for your PC. A long time ago File-sharing with P2P programs like UTorrent was fairly safe. But at this time it isn't true any more. Of course you can use P2P programs at your own risk, but that is maybe your source of your infection. It would be nice if you read this here. So after reading the text you will recognize why you shouldn't have them.
3.) Please read this reports about the danger of P2P Programs:

4.) I would like you to uninstall the above. You can do it via Start >> Control Panel >> Add or Remove Programs

Next, you have multiple Anti-Virus' installed and working. More that one A/V is not advised as they can conflict with each other and may miss infections as well as using valuable System Resources. Both Defender and Avast are quite good, so I'll leave the decision to you.

Once you have performed the above actions, please reboot the computer and see if the symptoms have resolved or changed.

It seems that the problem was the torrent. After the unistall of the program the computer is working correctly although at the task manager the chrome.exe*32 and the others haven't change. They are as they were.

Excellent news!

I assume that you use Chome for a browser. Chome starts an instances for each Chrome Window that is open. Not at all unusual for that Browser.

Is everything else working as expected?

A good workman always cleans up after himself so..The following piece of code will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Download and run Delfix

delfix.JPG

Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programs:

CryptoPrevent install this programme to lock down and prevent crypto ransom-ware. (This is really important!)

CryptoPrevent.JPG

Malwarebytes.

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean

To learn more about how to protect yourself while on the internet read our little guide How did I get infected in the first place ?Keep safe wavey.gif.pagespeed.ce.4AQn4GwL8t.gif

Again, if you have any questions or further problems, feel free to stop back 20x20xsmile.png.pagespeed.ic.CwSpBGGvqN. It's been a pleasure!!
