Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone can help or not but thought I'd try. My older dell Inspiron laptop running windows vista won't boot. It goes to a blue screen then attempts to reboot. I'm assuming this is malware related, since i've had some problems with malware in the past. I've tried to start in safe mode but same thing happens. Is there anything that I can do?

Thanks
