Considering the new hardware requirements, in most cases "upgrading" would be cost prohibitive.

Thanks, just found a great deal on a new Toshiba, of course, seemingly soon to be discontinued that has everything I need for now.I was wanting to get by with bgn for a while until I really need AC in a couple of years.
