Can you access the pictures you wanted to save?

Do you have another computer Desktop/Laptop?

Flash Drive? If not you could email to keep them 100% safe

Hello! Can you save your pictures to a flash drive?

Please post your make, model, and os! It may be a good reset. With W7 it would be back to factory.

hi sorry.. im going thru my pictures... i only have a couple lil flash drives.. so its a big job lol... ok.. make and model... windows 7 professional... um.. processor intel r core tm i7 cpu   920 @ 2.67 ghz  2.66  6.00 g  ram 4 useable... 64 bit operating system.. im not sure what else u need?

No!  You can't email it to me. If you don't give me the make and model of your computer, then I can't help you reset to factory.
