Computer Proccess's are acting up [Solved]

Ok my computer is being weird I don't know what it is but some of the process start then stop out of no where. It's very odd and it stops me from writing every few seconds. I need a urgent checkup to fix this issue.

So just tell me what to run/download and Ill do my best.

EDIT: Forgot to mention but the process that is acting weird is wermgr.exe
