No BSOD. It just suddenly turns black and then restarts.
You have a pretty decent computer too. Is that computer prebuilt or custom built ?

Prebuilt. Purchased from Best Buy 
It's also a relatively new computer (bought it in December so :S )

Sorry to bump this thread again but just as an update, I am still getting the random reboots so...I don't think the chkdsk thing helped. Anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks!
