I connect the VGA cord to Graphics Card But the monitor says No signal..

 

Is the VGA cord has a Fault? bcoz I hear a Windows welcoming sound..

but when i connect the vga to mobo its ok..

Can you give us more info like what video card you installed?
Is the system a custom build or a brand name?
If brand name what is the make and model.

The Sparkle ge force 210 has a nasty history of fan issues which may be part of the issue dating back to April of 2011. Normal period before trouble starts is about 6 months but some reviews stated right out of the box the fan was loud.
