Alright, so if this is really Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bits (English), here's the download link for it's official .iso (released by Microsoft) :

Nope.
The Windows 7 .iso present on that website are straight from Microsoft's servers at Digital River Content, therefore, totally legit and clean.
Do you know how to burn an .iso to a DVD or do you want a walkthrough ?

Yes, it's around 3.XGBs so it will take a while depending on your connection speed.
Trying to find you a good tutorial on GTG otherwise I'll write you one. There's one but the program might be outdated and the tutorial dates from 2008.

Alright, please download ImgBurn and install it (download it from any Mirror provided). Once it's done, launch it;
Select the option Write image file to disc;
From there, select the .iso file of Windows 7 under Destination;
Lower the Read speed to 4x and click on the File to CD icon to start the burning;

Wait until the process is complete.

You can check the "Verify" option yes, but the burning time will be increased a bit. However, it will tell us if the burning operation went smoothly or not.

Alright, what is your computer brand and model ?
Meanwhile, insert the DVD in your computer and be ready to boot from it. Do you know how ?
