Are you sure not MBAM? MBAM is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

I'm believe that you has avast real time protection turned on, so if you want to keep Super Anti-Spyware or MBAM, use it as on demand scanner.

 

Crucial Scan--------------keep

 I don't think that is necessary.

About MBAR, yeah that's right. Is your choice, it is good to run MBAR one per month, but it's not necessary.

 

On demand scanner - you run it when you want. This kind of scanners does not protect you all the time. MBAM in full version can protect your system all the time - it's call active scan or real time protection. There is one basic rule: run only one AV in same time or they will eat each other
