I have had help before with the hijack log analyis, I'm hoping yhat someone can helo me sort ouy my daughter computer which has a load error message at start up.

The Message is as follows:- Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64 CHK.dll

I have run Hijackthis and include a copy.

Please Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm and Run the Program. Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows. Check the "I know what I'm doing" Button and remove all traces of osmim.dll using the LSP Fix:

Reboot.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
