Hi!

I have searched divx forums and online and I cannot find the answer as to why this happens.

It did work initially. Then I upgraded to 10.2.2 and then the videos were upside down.

So I uninstalled it and installed divx 10.1.1 again and the videos are still upside down.

I put it on my Mac and there is no problem.

What do I do - anyone?

Thanks

Ok. So should I go back to 10?

The reason I iniitally went back to 10.1.1 is because it was most recent after 10.2.2

Someone in the divx forums said that when she upgraded to 10.2.2 was when the videos started playing upside down.

if you are just using it for playback, try VLC.

I have VLC and Quicktime.

DIVX comes in much sharper.

So, actually I would like an answer to my question, not suggestions. :)

Thank you though.

According to https://forums.divx....ng_to_divx_10_2, this is an issue with the codec. .  It appears that they know about the issue but have yet to fix it.  It is recommended that you try an earlier version if you still want to use divx It seems most people are switching to alternative players such as VLC.
