You don't need to do another image right away, I meant in say a week, or even a months time, depending a lot on how many changes you have made since now and then.

Thanks all above for this topic, I was able to get this up & running and capture an image, but 

 

Having this issue with some (had one that worked)  usb drives I've bought. Can it be fixed or what kind of usb drive will definitely work?

 

TRACK 0 OF THE DISK IS NOT WRITABLE

 

this disc cannot be used for rescue media.

 

btw do I need a different rescue media usb drive for each different computer?

Hi again, it is always better to have a thread of your own, we can concentrate on your problems better that way without having to keep scrolling down this thread which is now quite long.

By all means refer to this thread as you followed the instructions for using Macrium, then give a full explanation of the problem you are having please.
