I am using a wifi software ( Its name is My WIFI Router ) to create a wifi hotspot on my laptop based on the laptop's wireless card. I want to know Virtual WiFi Router which is the wifi hotspot created by this software based on the wireless card of laptop VS the wireless router, which one's wifi speed is faster?

The router, definitely. Hardware beats software every time if you are working with equals.

Router same as wifi card.  Both G or both N.
