UGH! Having problems with using scroll bars on my computer. They're not working properly. And I have problems re-sizing windows, like, when uploading to Photobucket. Was doing that yesterday and out of know where the window changed size...it maximized and I can't get it back to how it was. I can't even move it around the screen hardly at all. Thought I did something when I was scrolling through my pictures on my computer. I'm even having trouble scrolling/re-sizing the windows in Gimp! (it's just like Photoshop but free) So it's not only happing when I'm online but offline as well. This is driving me crazy! Can anyone help me?

 

 

Just discovered that I'm having problems highlighting text now too. Joy.

What browser are you using?

If your using Chrome,try IE or firefox!!

If it's doing it off line also; what type of mouse are you using?? Can you restore to a earlier time before this started happening?
