I was on he internet and my screen suddenly froze up. I ended up having to shut it down without selecting shut down under the start menu. When I turned my computer back on my screen was blue and said a fatal error in IE was found and then there was this "0028:C0011E36 in VXD VMM <01> + 0001036 caused by trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c

Underneath all that it says my pc cannot operate under normal mode and to check my security settings and scan my pc with an antivirus/spyware that's available. I scanned with norton antivirus but not sure if I did right because my blue screen is still there. I want to get rid of that and resolve all this. Please help!
