Laptop keys mixed up

Hello,

 

My dell inspiron laptop the keys are mixed up.When i press shift + 2 i get @ symbol and shift + @ i get " symbol.

 

I have gone to regional settings and change keyboard and languages and change to english (us).

but still the same.

 

Any advice is very much appreciated.

That sounds like it is an English UK keyboard but set at American, have you tried going back into the regional settings and tried the English UK settings?
