Can you bare with me. Slight problem is that I am using cable modem plugged into ethernet card on new machine so if I unplug to connect in network lead I cannot immediately contact you. I have network neighbourhood on new machine but not on old not on desktop but I can access via control panel. I have all sorts of options under THE FOLLOWING NETWORK COMPONENTS ARE INSTALLED including the network card , TCP, NETBEUI, CABLE MODEM. I check which I can add an IP Address?
