hi there

 

i have an issue with a pc that keep blue screening, when i run clue screen view, it states that the driver causing the issue is tcpip.sys

 

i know the resolution is to change the way that some non plug and play devices boot, but im not sure which devices i need to amend. 

 

can you help, please?

Do you have Norton Anti Virus running, the reason that I ask is below;

 

From your crash dump, FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_0xD1_CODE_AV_NULL_IP_wpsdrvnt+4bd2, wpsdrvnt.sys is a part of Symantec Firewall
