I have two problems with internet: shockwave flash with FF and IE, and the inability to go to certain sites in IE.

I would just put in the topic subject something like that i.e. Problems with FF and IE. Then in your opening statement explain what is happening.

Would you mind leaving this topic open until I have resolved the issue - just in case they say it's not a technical issue?

Okie dokie.
