I replaced a hard drive on my dell dimension 4300 and tried to reinstall os win me, but since dell does not

provide a full os with their pc any longer it will not load the os from the reinstall disk. Is there anyway to get around

Often drive manufacturers will provide software to copy all of the data from the old drive to the new drive. This assumes that the old drive is still working though.
